An all level step and low impact aerobics class for those who want to improve cardiovascular fitness. Class consists of warm-up, low impact aerobics for approximately 25 minutes, concentrated upper body and floor work followed by a cool-down stretch. Please bring mat towel, sneakers and water bottle.

This class will teach you to be more confident speaking English so that you are clearly understood wherever you go. We will teach you how to talk in the workplace, on an interview, during social situations at the grocery, while shopping, at the doctor's office, at your children's' schools, and on the telephone.

Learn more advanced footwork, hip work, armwork, veil work & steps. A complete choreographed dance will also be taught. Please wear standard dance attire, tights, leotards, leggings, sport bras or other work-out clothes. Baggy apparel makes learning correct alignment of the body very difficult. You will also need a shawl or large scarf. No special footwear is needed.

This is a course for the student with at least some computer experience other than WEB SURFING. Students should have daily access to a computer while enrolled in class, and know how to open a program, use scroll bars, and how to locate files. The student will learn how to connect his camera to his computer, how to enhance photos, and transfer images between folders among many other subjects. The Adobe Photoshop Elemenst 5/6 application program is used exclusively in classroom instruction. The student may want to purchase this application for his home computer. It is installed on all classroom computers. Practice at home is essential for an understanding of some of the exercises performed in class, or when required for homework. Each student should bring a "flashdrive" to all class sessions. Its capacity should be either 512MB or 1GB.

This class will include a basic understanding of the ceramic process including, treatments of clay; qualities and differences in functional & decorative designs; recognition of properties, limitations and possibilities of clay. Construction will be through hand-building and potter's wheel techniques. Preparation of clay and use of classroom tools. No storage and no glazes will be provided. $40 paid to instructor for basic supplies, clay & firing fee.

This is a course for the student with prior Photoshop Elements 5/6 experience. The material covered is a follow on to the basic digital camera class and will expand upon those tools used previously. There will be a very brief review in the opening session (week 1) of some of the tools. As before, the Adobe Photoshop Elements 5/6 application program will be briefly used in classroom instruction. The students will now utilize an ArcSoft application called PhotoBase 4.5. While it won't be necessary for the student to purchase this program for home use, many will find it to be a worthwhile investment in their photo future. Among items of interest in this new application will be the ability of the student to produce his own slide shows, complete with coordinated music, video and his own photos in a complete slide show. Each student should bring a "flashdrive" to all class sessions. Its capacity should be either 512MB or 1GB

For the first class bring 140 lb. water-color paper, palette, 1 tube of red, yellow, blue & water color brush size 10, other materials will be discussed.

The combination of these to add symmetry internally and externally to each posture. A comprehensive view of interconnecting positions will provide the practitioner with greater fluid form.
