This course is designed to teach the fundamentals of Tai Chi. Through traditional Chinese warm up
exercises. The practitioner will increase circulation and flexibility. With proper preparation, you will
develop a foundation that will increase your balance. Your achievement will be a slow moving and
graceful Tai Chi form. An audio tape for additional practice may be purchased from the instructor.

An intermediate student will continue to be enriched in building more complex posture applications
(Yang Style Short Form). Emphasis will be placed on breathing and posture technique. The
combination of these to add symmetry internally and externally to each posture. A comprehensive
view of interconnecting positions will provide the practitioner with greater fluid form. Additional Tai Chi
history will be discussed. An audio tape is available from the instructor for additional practice.

This class will include a basic understanding of the ceramic process including, treatments of clay;
qualities and differences in functional & decorative designs; recognition of properties, limitations and
possibilities of clay. Construction will be through hand-building and potter's wheel techniques.
Preparation of clay and use of classroom tools. No storage and no glazes will be provided. $40 paid
to instructor for basic supplies, clay & firing fee.

stews, sauces and flavor. You will learn how to prepare chicken marsala, meat loaf, roast chicken,

chicken, beef and broccoli and fried rice.

and retrieve pictures, picture layering, photo merging, photo enhancing, and video post cards using
Photoshop Elements 5 and Arc Soft Photo Base 4.5.

emphasis on basics, safety, taste, efficiency, cleanliness, shopping, health, value and fun!
