exercises. The practitioner will increase circulation and flexibility. With proper preparation, you will
develop a foundation that will increase your balance. Your achievement will be a slow moving and

(Yang Style Short Form). Emphasis will be placed on breathing and posture technique. The
combination of these to add symmetry internally and externally to each posture. A comprehensive
view of interconnecting positions will provide the practitioner with greater fluid form. Additional Tai Chi
history will be discussed. An audio tape is available from the instructor for additional practice.

qualities and differences in functional & decorative designs; recognition of properties, limitations and
possibilities of clay. Construction will be through hand-building and potter's wheel techniques.
